Our four homes rent for full weeks between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The rest
of the year they are available on a three day or more rental.

Reservation Details:

Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. In order to hold your reservation, we require a
deposit of 50% of your total rental fee excluding taxes and the refundable security/damage deposit. This
rent deposit must be received within ten days after booking in order to confirm your reservation. Final
payment is due 14 days prior to check in, a security/damage deposit in the amount of $300 is required.
Your security deposit will be fully refundable (by check if paid by cash or traveler's check or by a credit
processed to your credit card account, if charged) within two to three weeks of your departure. Florida
Tourism tax on all homes, hotels and condos is 10%.

All our homes are smoke and pet free. All homes have parking for 4 cars only and all cars must be
parked in driveways.

Cancellations:

Rental deposits will be refunded less a $35 processing fee for cancellations ONLY if the unit re-rents
with no lost time or revenue.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or later (Central Time), Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Please leave on time so
that the home can be prepared for our next guests.
